How many hours are included in a retainer?
Retainers are flexible and typically range from 20 to 80 hours per month, depending on your needs. The ideal number of hours is defined during our initial consultation.
Do unused hours roll over?
Unused hours don’t carry over, as retainers are built for steady, ongoing work. That said, I’ll help prioritize tasks to ensure your time is used efficiently.
What types of design work do you cover?
I support a wide range of design needs, including UX/UI design, wireframes, prototypes, design systems, feature enhancements, usability improvements, CRO optimization ideas and design, Framer services and more. If you’re unsure whether something fits, just ask.
How do we communicate?
Communication is primarily via tools like Slack, ClickUp, Asana, or email.
What if I need extra hours in a given month?
If additional support is needed, we can add extra hours at a discounted rate.
Is there a minimum commitment?
Yes, a minimum 3-month commitment is required to allow enough time to deliver meaningful, measurable results.
