Orders reach your ERP or accounting late, twice or not at all; stock is out of step between the shop and the warehouse; invoices need manual correction.
What you get (one PrestaShop shop, one ERP or accounting system):
A map of the current flow: modules, webhooks or cron jobs, middleware, the ERP side, and who corrects what by hand
Review of the sync logic and logs: duplicates, missing orders, status mapping, VAT and rounding, credit notes, stock direction and timing
A list of failure points, each with evidence, impact and a recommended fix
A prioritised fix plan with effort estimates, so you can have it implemented by me or by your own developer
What I need: back-office or read-only database access to PrestaShop (a staging copy is fine), a description or read access to the ERP/accounting side, and sample orders that went wrong.
Delivery: written report within 5 working days after access.
Not included: implementing the fixes (quoted separately after the audit), on-site work.
How it works: after purchase you receive an e-mail with a short written intake. Everything runs async, in writing.
