Peppol check - USD 1,050 (EUR 890), fixed. I map your invoicing flow, compare suitable access points (API, sandbox and price) and send a written plan with a UBL mapping outline and a fixed price for the connection. 7 working days.

Connection, outgoing invoices and credit notes - from USD 4,100 (EUR 3,490). UBL (Peppol BIS Billing 3.0) generated by your software and sent through the access point's REST API, with status tracking, error handling, sandbox tests, go-live support and a written runbook. About 20 working days. The fixed price is set in the check.

Connection, outgoing and incoming - from USD 6,450 (EUR 5,490). The above plus receiving and importing supplier invoices. About 30 working days.

On an older ERP version: I check how Peppol works for your version and edition and what an upgrade means for your custom modules, then quote in writing.

The access point's own subscription is your cost.

E-invoicing advice is shown as a separate line on the invoice; your accountant decides whether it qualifies for the increased 120% cost deduction. I do the technical work; tax questions stay with your accountant. No compliance guarantee.
