I will conduct a requirements definition session with business stakeholders to surface their business needs. I will capture the details and conduct a clarification meeting to verify intent and clarify assumptions and risks. I will package these details into a Concept of Operations document or requirements summary.

I will break review the user requirements grouping them in to logical operational functions of your business operations. I will then organize these function details into Work packages called Epics and features called stories. Modern development projects are organized into Sprints where developers look at each story and gauge its size and complexity, to provide you with a feature estimate.
