What's included

• Hiring and Performance Evaluation Services

  You will receive unlimited hirings/firings according to the needs of the business. I will take your job descriptions--or write one for you, if needed--and find the right people for your team. I will also evaluate team member performance and facilitate the growth and development of all team members so that you don't have to.

• Asana Studio and Project Management

  I will either build and manage OR takeover and manage your Asana Workspace, including an audit and as-needed refresh of the organization and usage. Then, I will take over managing the project and deliverables as well as addressing questions and problems that may arise while the team works to complete the project.

• Slack Moderation and Management

  After observing for a few days, I will take over a portion of or all of your Slack server in a management capacity and conduct an audit to ensure proper functioning and ideal functionality. I'll make any changes that need to be made to streamline the functionality of the server and I'll be responsible for the moderation of the server as well as the answering of relevant and time-sensitive posts and messages.

• Self Evaluations

  At an agreed-upon interval, I will conduct a thorough self-evaluation and seek out feedback regarding my performance. Then, we will have a brief and thorough conversation about the results so that I can continue to serve the team as efficiently and productively as possible.

• Template Package

  Before our first contract period is up (a time not to exceed three months) I will create a basic template package that can help streamline the answering of emails and other communications. The size of the package will vary according to the needs of the business, but templates can include email signatures, business cards, email responses, social media inquiry responses, text messages, memos, announcements, and other templates that can be used and reused to make communicating with your team and customers easy, fast, and painless.
