●    Lead Europe Growth meetings with the CEO, VP of Sales, Manager of Sales and Growth to make team decisions and growth strategies, updating sales and sales forecast sheets of £750K+
●   Managing people operations, liaising with the North America employee services team
●   Identifying opportunities and areas of improvement for BrainStation, i.e., new products to be released or cut, undertaking the risks
●   Recruitment and onboarding of employees across the UK and ‘Instructors’ for courses with goals of 200 outreaches per week and 20 contract signs and hiring partners a month
●   Collaborated with global teams, particularly the Product team, to develop course material that catered to customer needs, representing the voice of the customers
●   Boost customer loyalty by building and maintaining solid relationships with existing and new customers, instructors and community, acting as their main point of contact
●   Ensure to be delivering an exceptional experience to all customers; building and implementing strategies to improve our course rating from 3.9/5 to 4.7/5 
●    Planned and executed weekly in-person events of 230+ attendees from an end-to-end process
●  Planned and executed annual retreats both in the UK and globally from start to finish
●  Plan and execute monthly socials and fundraiser events both in the UK and globally
●  Managed and organised corporate events, career fairs, and board meetings, ensuring seamless execution and logistics coordination
●  Ideate, create and liaise with vendors to create company gift boxes for employees and clients
●  Negotiated with merchandise and construction vendors to secure 10%+ discount and managed the inventory
●  Create schedules for part time employees, managing holidays, time off and calendar conflicts
●  Conduct and maintain facility operations
●  Forecasted and researched strategic product opportunities
● Researched and developed strategies to drive innovation and growth
●  Engaging customers and building relationships through product knowledge and community
●  Strategically setting up window and in-store displays to maximise sales hitting £11K days
● Contributing ideas for display concepts that increased foot traffic with conversion rate of 87%
● Attending buying meetings and assisting with photoshoots
● Accompany Production Manager to factories and studios to QC product
● Liaise and style high net-worth clients by appointment only and during press events
● Preparing new collections ready to be delivered to stores
● Producing Press packs, Line sheets, Invoices and Barcodes
