• Pre-Program

  Welcome Packet: A digital document that introduces participants to the accelerator, sets expectations, and outlines what they will achieve over the next 2 weeks. Personalized Business Assessment Questionnaire: A pre-program survey to gather insights about the participant’s current business situation, goals, and challenges. This will help tailor your advice to their specific needs.

• Daily Coaching Sessions ( Group Sessions)

  14 Live 1 Hour Calls: Each day, participants will receive a 60 minute group coaching call. These sessions will dive into specific aspects of growing their design business, with actionable takeaways from each call. These calls will be every day (time: 6:00PM Madrid time: 10:00AM Mexico City time). Call Summaries & Action Steps: After each call, provide a brief summary of what was discussed along with specific action steps for the participant to implement.

• Resources and Tools

  Custom Growth Strategy Plan: By the end of the program, participants will receive a comprehensive plan tailored to their design business, covering everything from client acquisition to scaling. Exclusive Templates: Customizable templates for proposals, contracts, client onboarding, pricing guides, etc., that have helped me attract and manage high-ticket clients. Real-Life Business Analytics: Access to key metrics and insights from my own business that demonstrate successful growth strategies.

• Access to Slack Community

  1-Year Slack Access: You will gain entry to an exclusive Slack channel where you can ask questions, get feedback, and connect with you and other program alumni for ongoing support. Weekly Office Hours: 9:00AM-5PM (you will receive a response between those hours)

• Post-Program Support

  Follow-Up Calls: Schedule two follow-up 1:1 calls ( 30 days and 90 days after the program) to check in on progress, address any challenges, and refine your strategies. Accountability Check-Ins: Regular email or Slack check-ins over the next 2 months to ensure you stay on track with your growth goals.
