How long does the whole process take?
The full project typically takes up to 4 weeks, starting from the initial questionnaire to the delivery of final files. Your response time for feedback can speed up or slightly extend the timeline. Additional graphics or extra revisions may also extend the schedule.
How many logo concepts will you present?
You’ll receive up to two distinct logo concepts based on your questionnaire responses and your chosen moodboard. From there, we’ll refine the selected concept until it’s ready for final delivery.
How does the revision process work and what if I need more than two revisions?
You’ll get two free revision rounds to ensure the design aligns with your vision. These revisions cover all core brand assets — logo suite, color palette, typography, and brand elements. If you need additional rounds or a completely new direction, they can be provided at a fixed add-on rate.
How can I prepare for the discovery session?
Come ready with: A clear vision for your brand Insights about your target audience Any design preferences or visual inspiration The more context you share, the more precisely I can tailor the creative direction and overall design.
What types of files will I receive?
You’ll receive a complete set of master brand assets, including: Vector files: AI, EPS High-resolution raster files: PNG, JPG Web-optimized formats: SVG or PDF One-Page Brand Sheet Guide (Figma + PDF): includes logo usage rules, color palette, typography hierarchy, and brand-in-use mockups.
Can I request additional deliverables?
Absolutely. Add-ons such as social media kits, business stationery, pitch decks, product labels, or extended brand guidelines can be quoted separately based on your needs.
If I already have existing brand elements, can you still help?
Yes! I often work with clients who already have a partial brand identity in place. Whether you need additional collateral, a brand refresh, or expanded design assets, I can help refine and elevate what you already have.
What if I need help after delivery?
I offer post-launch support to ensure your branding continues to work smoothly as you grow. You can request one-off updates or set up a simple retainer for ongoing brand support or design needs.

Discovery & Creative Direction
We begin with a strategic deep-dive using a structured brand questionnaire. This helps us uncover your mission, audience insights, competitors, and the story behind your brand. From these findings, I develop a clear creative direction to guide all visual decisions.
Typography System
Strategy is translated into visual inspiration through up to two curated moodboards. Each moodboard includes: Color inspirations Typography references Photography/art direction Pattern concepts You’ll select one direction to define the look and feel of your brand.
Logo Design Suite*
You’ll receive a complete, flexible Logo System including: Primary Logo Secondary Logo Submark Favicon Up to two initial logo concepts will be presented. All final logos will be delivered in AI, EPS, SVG, PNG, JPG and PDF formats for universal use.
Primary & Secondary Color Palette*
A cohesive, well-structured color system tailored to your brand. Includes digital and print values + recommended pairings to maintain consistency across all touchpoints.
Typography Pairing + Usage Notes*
You’ll get a ready-to-use type system covering: Headings Subheadings Body text Real-world usage examples Recommendations may include free or premium fonts—clients are responsible for purchasing premium fonts. A free alternative will be provided if needed.
Custom Brand Elements*
Strategic identity add-ons such as: Icons Pattern design Curated imagery These help strengthen, enrich, and differentiate your visual identity.
Brand Guidelines + Brand-in-Use Mockups
A professional, easy-to-follow Brand Guidelines document showing: Logo usage rules Color palette Typography system Brand elements Clear do’s and don’ts High-quality Brand-in-Use mockups (e.g., website, social media, stationery, packaging, etc.) This ensures consistent application across all platforms.
Brand Assets Hand-off
A clean, organized assets folder containing all final files: PNG SVG PDF EPS Everything is delivered ready for immediate use across print and digital channels.
Revision Rounds
You’ll have up to two revision rounds to refine the visual direction. All items marked with an asterisk (*) include up to two rounds of feedback and adjustments to align perfectly with your vision.
