Discovery call - Introductory call to understand your idea and the user pain point you are solving for

Scoping the requirement - Breaking down each feature of the app into design and development action items through user stories

Cost and timeline estimation - Based on the user stories we are able to determine the design and development effort. Based on this a clear cost and timeline will be provided.

User experience design - We will map out the userflows and wireframes

Development - We start development as soon as the wireframes are finalized

UI Design - The final designs are crafted and implemented in parallel with development

QA Testing - As each feature is built out, it is tested and any bugs arising are tackled.

Launch - Once the product is ready and QA approved, we launch the product to market.
