• How do you use AI as a writing assistant?

  I use it for brainstorming, outlining, and research. It starts with a prompt as a springboard. The initial ideas then grow into a conversation. I check for errors (ChatGPT and all LLMs are unreliable). I refine the outline myself - then get ChatGPT to rewrite according to my edits. The final draft is written by me.

• I need next-day delivery on an SEO blog post - can you do that?

  Short answer is yes, if the request comes in during the week. If a request comes in over the weekend, you can expect delivery of the project on the next working day after the project brief has been agreed.

• Can you help me to develop a brand voice?

  Yes. We can work on this together. I have a background in psychology and marketing and can create a brand report for your business.

• Can you write my whole website?

  Yes, and it will be in your own brand voice. I will never produce AI generic web copy. Everything will be copyedited by me, so it's human-written and will pass search engine web crawlers.

• What is a web content audit?

  A web content audit will measure all your content for SEO, traffic, broken links and other issues. Get in touch if you'd like your whole website audited and/or updated.
