Goal: one booking or ticketing flow in your web app that customers can finish and staff can manage.
I worked on the passenger ticketing app of an Indonesian bus operator and built vendor bookings and availability in my own event SaaS.
Starter: up to 3 customer views on your availability API, sending requests to your system. No new inventory or payment engine.
Standard: one resource type (seats, rooms or appointment slots), up to 5 views, 2 roles, availability checked on the server, reservation states, an operator list and detail.
Advanced: up to 7 views, 3 roles, plus one existing payment provider or seat-map and hold integration, handling expired holds, repeated payment notices and failures.
Not included: full transport platforms, pricing engines, settlement, refund policy, hosting, payment and seat holds together.
Done when:
the agreed availability, role and cancellation cases pass;
from Standard, clashing requests follow the agreed rule and the operator sees each booking's state;
you have the source, checks and setup notes.
Packages: Starter $400, Standard $1,200, Advanced $2,200.
