Process

1. Kickoff & Prioritization We begin with a quick sync to align on your current priorities, goals, and ongoing design needs. You can also drop tasks anytime via Slack, Notion, or email.

2. Task Queue & Planning I organize tasks by priority and estimated effort, giving you visibility into what’s happening next. Urgent or recurring tasks are handled efficiently to avoid bottlenecks.

3. Design & Delivery Designs are created in Figma and delivered in clear batches—whether it’s new pages, marketing assets, or components. Quick reviews help us stay aligned and keep momentum high.

4. Review & Iteration You provide feedback, and I refine the designs with up to 1–2 revision rounds depending on the task type. The goal is always clarity, polish, and impact.

5. Documentation & Handoff Final files are delivered in Webflow, Framer, Figma, or as exports (e.g. PNG, PDF, SVG), ready for use. I also maintain your design system and documentation for future consistency.

6. Ongoing Collaboration As your product or brand evolves, I stay in sync with your team—ready to jump on new features, campaigns, or design challenges with speed and consistency.

How do we communicate and share tasks?
You can send tasks and feedback via Slack, email, Notion, or whatever works best for your workflow. I'm flexible and responsive, so you’ll always feel in sync.
What types of design tasks are included?
Design support covers everything from landing pages and feature sections to social media visuals, lottie animation, pitch decks, motion video, product explainers, and UI components. If it's visual and digital — I can help.
How fast do you deliver?
Most tasks are completed within 1–3 business days depending on complexity. Urgent requests can be prioritized when needed.
Can you work directly in Webflow or Framer?
Yes! I can design in Figma and implement directly in Webflow or Framer if you prefer end-to-end delivery.
Is there a minimum commitment?

Regular maintenance and expansion of your design system to support consistency across all touchpoints. Includes creation or refinement of UI components, color tokens, typography, and interaction states. Delivered in Figma, fully documented, with monthly updates.
