I've worked on existing SaaS products where the team needed clearer workflows, a stronger visual direction and more consistency across screens. Fern and SplitSense are two examples of that work. I can help you improve a specific part of your product, whether that's onboarding, a dashboard, a complex table or an everyday workflow your users find inconvenient.
What a sprint can include
A review of the current screens and the tasks they support.
UX improvements to navigation, hierarchy, forms and interactions.
Wireframes or alternative layouts where useful.
A refreshed visual direction, working with your existing brand.
Detailed UI, responsive layouts and important states.
Improvements to the relevant components and design patterns.
A clickable prototype and organised Figma handoff.
Developer walkthroughs and a separately scoped review of the implemented screens.
How I work We'll choose the area that matters most, review it together and agree on the changes to explore. I'll share ideas, explain the trade-offs and refine the design with your feedback. I use an AI-assisted workflow to research patterns, explore more options and prototype possible improvements faster. Claude, Figma AI, Codex, app connectors and my own skills help with the production work; I remain responsible for the design decisions. Sprints typically start around $1,500 for one focused workflow. A broader product redesign can be planned in stages. We'll agree on the scope, feedback rounds and timeline before starting. Share your current screens and what you'd like to improve, and let's take it from there.
