What is the duration of the project?
Usually we're looking at a four-week turnaround from strategy meeting to a full brand identity concept deliverables, however this may slightly vary based on the scale or number of revisions requested.
How soon can the project start?
To ensure I am fair to all my clients, I schedule projects in my project calendar on a first come first served basis against confirmed proposals, signed contracts and paid deposits. I am usually fully booked 1-3 months ahead as a minimum, hence I warmly recommend you to get in touch as soon as you know when you'd like to start a project with me to ensure the timing you have in mind is available.
What if I already have a logo I love? Can you still help?
Absolutely. If you’re for example happy with your existing logo and it aligns with the new direction, we can focus on refreshing your other visual elements such as colours, fonts, and supporting graphics. During our initial virtual coffee chat we'll discuss more in detail about your needs and vision to make sure your project proposal matches perfectly with your plans. We can then build around your existing logo to modernize and strengthen your overall brand presence without starting from scratch.

Brand Discovery & Visual Strategy
We begin with a thoughtful brand discovery process using a strategy questionnaire to uncover your brand’s personality, positioning, and goals. Based on your responses, I create curated moodboard options and we kickstart the design process with a strategy call to align on the visual direction. This sets the creative foundation for a brand identity that is not just beautiful — but deeply aligned with your message and audience.
Concept Development & Presentation
Once the initial visual direction is approved, I develop a complete brand identity concept that reflects the mood, strategy, and desired look and feel. This includes a proposed colour palette, font direction, logo concept, supporting brand graphics, and image style. You’ll receive a comprehensive concept presentation with a video walkthrough explaining the design rationale and how each element supports your brand. This gives you both the clarity and confidence to make informed decisions during feedback.
Refinement & Revisions
You’ll have the opportunity to provide detailed feedback, and we’ll refine the concept together through up to two rounds of revisions. Whether it’s small adjustments or larger refinements, this stage ensures your brand identity feels just right — cohesive, compelling, and distinctly yours.
Final Brand Delivery & Handoff
Once the concept is approved, I’ll prepare and deliver your full brand identity package. This includes a brand board, detailed brand guidelines with design mockups for application, all graphics and logo files in necessary formats and variations, and a simple logo usage guide. We’ll also schedule a handoff meeting where I walk you through each asset and answer any questions. You’ll walk away with a professional, cohesive visual identity — and the tools to use it with confidence and consistency across all platforms and marketing materials.
