What is the duration of the project?
A full Kajabi website project usually takes approximately 8 week from initial strategy session to launch, but the exact duration will always depend on the scale of the project which we will discuss and fully agree on prior to confirming the project.
How soon can the project start?
To ensure I am fair to all my clients, I schedule projects in my project calendar on a first come first served basis against confirmed proposals, signed contracts and paid deposits. I am usually fully booked 1-3 months ahead as a minimum, hence I warmly recommend you to get in touch as soon as you know when you'd like to start a project with me to ensure the timing you have in mind is available.

Strategic & Visual direction
We begin with a collaborative strategy meeting to define the customer journey, sitemap, and overall visual direction of your Kajabi site. This session ensures we're aligned on your business goals, the structure of your website and its systems, and the look and feel that best represents your brand. By the end of this phase, you'll have a clear vision of what we're building and why — giving you confidence and clarity from the outset.
Wireframes & Page Sketches
With the strategy in place, I’ll create detailed sketches of each key page, focusing on layout, brand consistency, content flow, and user experience. These wireframes provide a visual representation of the site before development begins, allowing you to review, provide feedback, and request up to two rounds of revisions. This phase ensures the structure is aligned with your messaging and marketing goals — reducing guesswork and streamlining the rest of the process.
Custom Kajabi Design & Development
Once the wireframes are approved, I move into building out your Kajabi website. This includes fully developing your custom-designed pages, implementing on-brand styling, and setting up any necessary systems or automations. Every page is made responsive for desktop and mobile, tested thoroughly, and optimized for SEO. This phase brings your vision to life with functionality, performance, and polish — ready for a confident launch.
Launch Support & Handoff
After you’ve reviewed and approved the final site, I’ll equip you with everything needed to manage your Kajabi website independently. This includes custom video tutorials, editable graphic templates, and all relevant image or brand files. You’ll walk away not just with a finished site, but with the tools and confidence to keep it updated and working for your business long after launch.
