About this service
Summary
I first analyse my client's needs and create a social media strategy if needed. Based on the tools selected by the client, I then create coordinate and implement the social media plan. Engagement is the heart of the social media so I aim to respond and direct DM as soon as possible, and try to interact as many people as possible. I create regular analytics to review the service I provide and create service improvement plans for continual improvement and re-connect this to the overall strategy.
