Can we meet more than once a month if something comes up?
This offer is structured to provide high level support without overwhelming your calendar. That said, if you ever need an additional live session, we can add one for an extra fee - or use our async support to address it quickly and clearly
What if I don't have a Project Management tool yet?
That's completely fine. I'll guide you in choosing the best setup based on how you work best. I'll make sure the system fits your needs not the other way around because my goal is to keep things simple, not add another tool you'll never use.
Do you manage tasks or team members?
This offer focuses on strategic direction, clarity and project structure. However, If you're looking for hands-on execution or team management, I offer a separate service for that - just reach out and I'll share more details.

Absolutely. This contained is designed to help you get clear and stay clear. If you're overwhelmed, navigating uncertainty, we'll define what matters most, simplify your decisions, and create structure that feels calm and completely yours.

60-Minute Strategy & Clarity Call
We meet once per month to realign your project focus, map priorities, and unpack any roadblocks or decisions. This session sets the tone for your month - calm, confident and clear.
Custom Project Roadmap
Following our session, I'll update or build a project roadmap tailored to your needs. It may include priorities, timelines, milestones and deliverables - delivered in the platform that best suits your flow (i.e Notion, Airtable, Google Docs..)
Strategic Async Support (up to 2x/week)
You'll have access to me via email for check ins, feedback, brainstorming or project troubleshooting between sessions. You'll never feel stuck or alone.
Document or Asset Review (1 per month)
I'll review one key piece of your work - this could be a timeline, a presentation deck, a proposal, a team debrief, or even internal process documentation. You'll receive specific, thoughtful feedback that strengthens the asset and supports project success.
Optional Loom Check-in or Update
Need a visual guidance or async update? I'll send a personalized loom mid-month if needed to walk through your next steps, review a system or update your roadmap.
