We meet once per month to realign your project focus, map priorities, and unpack any roadblocks or decisions. This session sets the tone for your month - calm, confident and clear.
Custom Project Roadmap
Following our session, I'll update or build a project roadmap tailored to your needs. It may include priorities, timelines, milestones and deliverables - delivered in the platform that best suits your flow (i.e Notion, Airtable, Google Docs..)
Strategic Async Support (up to 2x/week)
You'll have access to me via email for check ins, feedback, brainstorming or project troubleshooting between sessions. You'll never feel stuck or alone.
Document or Asset Review (1 per month)
I'll review one key piece of your work - this could be a timeline, a presentation deck, a proposal, a team debrief, or even internal process documentation. You'll receive specific, thoughtful feedback that strengthens the asset and supports project success.
Optional Loom Check-in or Update
Need a visual guidance or async update? I'll send a personalized loom mid-month if needed to walk through your next steps, review a system or update your roadmap.
