A multi-page website that I build, host and keep up for one monthly rate: $500 to start, then $249 a month.

Rent it month to month and leave on 30 days' notice. Or lease it for twelve months: from month thirteen the rate drops to $199, and half of every lease payment banks as credit toward a custom build later, up to a quarter of that build's fee. Leaving a lease early forfeits the credit.

The rate covers hosting, SSL and security, Google Search Console set up at launch with access shared with you, and one content or photo refresh each quarter. Your domain and your content are yours from day one, with an export within 30 days if you leave. The code and configuration stay with me.

Online booking, e-commerce and client portals are a custom build under their own agreement, and the lease credit applies to them.
