Summary

An end-to-end service of providing scalable, reliable, available and performant cloud-based solutions on AWS for your business needs. From design to implementation, I build solutions to your specifications so you can focus on delighting your customers.

Process

The development process I follow is streamlined for continuous iteration, involving stakeholders in every step of the process.

1. Consultation: Initial meetings to understand customer's use-case and gather user requirements. This phase involves drafting the Value Proposition One-Pager.

2. Technical Design: The goal of this phase is the completion of the Technical Design Document which outlines the high-level design of the solution, as well as the low-level design of individual components.

3. Project Planning: Provide the solution roadmap which estimates delivery dates of each component of the system.

4. Development: In this phase, we implement the solution outlines in the technical design document. Note that testing and deployment are included in this phase, as it is my firm belief that testing and deployment are integral part of the development and should not be treated separately from it.

5. Feedback & Iterations: After deployment, gathering user feedback for potential improvements and making necessary adjustments. This iterative process ensures the application evolves in alignment with user needs and business goals.

6. Maintenance & Support: Providing ongoing support and maintenance to address any issues, update features, and ensure the application remains up-to-date with the latest technology standards.

The timeline varies depending on the complexity and scope of the project. A typical development process can take anywhere from a few weeks for a simple application to several months for a complex solution. A detailed timeline is provided after the initial consultation and project scope definition.
What is your pricing model?
Pricing is based on the project’s complexity, duration, and specific requirements. I offer a transparent quote after the initial discovery phase.

Ongoing support and maintenance is discussed with customers on individual bases.

Value Proposition One-Pager
Living single-page document that provides an in-depth overview of the project and it's value proposition. It lists the larger goals of the project and orient's it's development.
Technical Design Document
Lists the functional and non-functional requirements of the project. Outlines the proposed high-level design and specifies it's cost estimate, while describing alternative considerations. Specifies the low-level design of each component along with it's delivery schedule.
Delivery Roadmap
Living document that tracks the development stage of each deliverable. It's purpose is to a provide stakeholders a single, unified view of the state of each deliverable.
Implemented Cloud Solution
Cloud solution, implemented according to the technical design and customer specification specified in the value proposition one-pager.
(Optional) Ongoing Support
Ongoing support post solution delivery is discussed with customers on individual bases.
