A 60–75 min kickoff call where we define the goal, timeline, blockers, and success criteria. We’ll get clear on what done actually looks like so I can lead execution without needing daily check-ins.
Execution Plan + Timeline
A written plan breaking down milestones, tools, owners (if needed), and delivery format. You’ll see what’s coming, when, and what (if anything) I need from you or your team.
Independent Execution
I’ll fully run the project—research, build, draft, organize, and deliver—based on the plan. I work autonomously and check in only when a decision or clarification is required.
Final Deliverable Package
A clean, organized delivery of the completed project: doc, system, deck, workflow, whatever we scoped. Plus: a short Loom walkthrough if applicable.
Optional: Maintenance + Handoff Plan
A simple “what’s next” doc for you or your team—so the momentum continues without me needing to stay in the loop. Optional async support add-on available.
