Map: I draw the workflow and agree it with you before building.

Build: I build it in n8n or Make, whichever fits your tools and budget, and add the AI parts where they help.

Test: I run it against your real data and edge cases, and fix what breaks.

Launch and handover: I switch it on, set up the alerts, and walk you through it.
