You will answer a few questions surrounding your business and product/service.

With this direction, I begin my research into your customers and competition. Usually, this is as simple as researching online forums and reviews, but certain businesses might benefit from customer surveys and interviews.

With research in hand, your website copy will be written and wire-framed in Figma.

You get your copy delivered via pdf or shared in Figma. This is when you can submit any revision requests you might have.
