Process

The Start: Getting to Know You and The Project

The process starts with a simple line of communication to see what you're looking for, preferably over a video/phone call or email. We'll feel each other out to see if we are the best fit for what you're looking for. We'll go over what information is included for the presentation, timelines, audience and budget.

From there, we'll agree on a contract, I'll send you a booklet with more in-depth steps to the design process, and a deposit invoice will be sent.

The Work: Creation & Revisions

I'll use the information from our meeting to create a few different styles of presentations for you to choose from. During this time, we'll communicate on what you are and are not liking and making adjustments throughout the creative process. All I will need from you is the information you'd like in the slides, and your design preferences. I'll take over the rest.

Getting Ready to Present: Receiving Your Deliverables

Once the presentation is polished to perfection, I'll send you all of your deliverables and a final payment is due. From there, you'll be able to present your slides with confidence at your event.

What types of presentations do you design?
I design corporate decks, pitch presentations, training modules, investor presentations, marketing slides, webinars, and whatever else you can dream of. All presentations are tailored to your needs.
How long does it take?
Great question! Since each presentation is designed specifically for you and your occasion, timelines vary. We'll go over your schedule to ensure that you'll receive a final product before a designated deadline.
What design tools do you use?
I primarily use PowerPoint, Google Slides, Keynote, Canva, and the Adobe Suite.
Can you help with content development as well?
Yes! If needed, I can refine your content, structure your messaging, and suggest ways to make it more engaging and digestible for your audience. All you'll need to start is an outline of the content. You can email me privately for real client examples if you're unsure what to send over.
How do you ensure the design aligns with my brand?
I incorporate your brand colors, fonts, logos, and style guidelines to maintain consistency and create a polished look. If you don't have brand guidelines, I'll work with you to come up with a consistent look to your vibe.
How much does it cost?
Here are my rates: $45.00/slide for static presentations (typical slide-to-slide presentations where one slide flips to the other.) $55.00/slide for dynamic presentations (the slides dynamically animate into the next one.)

What's included

Presentation-Ready Slide Decks
A full and complete slide deck, ready for your presentation. This is either delivered in Microsoft PowerPoint, Google Slides, Canva, Keynote, PDF or whichever platform you prefer.
Editing & Revision Support
For up to 2 hours of work, you'll receive free edits and adjustments if you need to tweak the original presentation for a separate meeting, as well as a free consultation on how to best make changes.
A Printable PDF Slide Handout
You will receive a PDF of your overall slides as a hand out, included with your deck.
