FAQs
Q: How long does it take to finish the motion ads?
A: If all the preparation is ready like the storyboard, the goal of the project, the assets, and the copy, it usually takes 1-2 weeks, for the first draft.
Q: Is it possible for you to write the documentation for the project, so it easier for our editor to edit it?
A: I typically organize projects for easy navigation, with all assets and layers properly named, unless it's a large project with more than 9 videos. If needed, I can collaborate with your editor to address any issues they encounter during the editing process.
Q: I may need you to working on my Timezone, but it has 12 hours different, is it possible?
A: Yes, currently I work in the Singapore timezone (GMT+8), but with a minimum 3-week contract, I could switch my my sleeping habits.
What's included
Final Video
High-resolution video files in specified formats (e.g., MP4, MOV) and multiple resolutions if needed (e.g., 1080p, 720p).
Raw Files
You’ll receive the project in its raw format, typically in After Effect or Premiere. I prioritize nondestructive editing to ensure the project remains scalable, flexible, and easy to manage for future updates.
License
If we are using any assets or templates from a third party, I’ll provide all the links and license certificates for the assets used in the project, ensuring you have everything needed for legal purposes.
2 Revision Rounds
Given the complexity of motion design, it's recommended to start with a storyboard before proceeding to animation. Revisions are limited to two rounds and must align with the original brief. Significant changes, such as new concepts or direction shifts, will require additional time and resources to complete.
