Days 1–3: Discovery brief + creative direction (visual style, mood, art direction lock) + sitemap + content/copy planning.

Days 4–10: 2 homepage design concepts presented for your review. You pick the direction — then we develop it into custom Figma design (up to 10 pages, all responsive breakpoints). Sign-off at Day 10 before any development. Copywriting.

Days 11–18: Development on chosen platform, Rive animations (up to 3 custom scenes — hero + 2 supporting), full on-page SEO + AI search optimization, advanced schema markup, speed optimization, integrations.

Days 19–20:

Full pre-launch QA pass — site tested across browsers (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge) and real devices (desktop, tablet, mobile), Rive animations validated on touch and non-touch devices, e-commerce flow tested end-to-end if applicable, forms and integrations checked, speed and schema verified, all pages reviewed.

Day 21: Launch, domain + hosting setup if you want us to handle it, full handoff page (Notion-style link with everything documented), Loom walkthrough so your team can edit.

After launch:

3 weeks of free post-launch maintenance, 3 revision rounds, source files (Figma + platform export).

Milestone 1 — Discovery + Sitemap + Figma Design Approval

$1,500 · 10 days Discovery brief, creative direction lock, sitemap and structure approval, 2 distinct design concepts presented for your review, chosen direction developed into custom Figma design across all pages and breakpoints. Sign-off required before development begins. Copywriting.

Milestone 2 — Development + Rive Animations + Build Complete

$2,500 · 8 days Development on chosen platform (Webflow / Framer / WordPress + Elementor), Rive animations (up to 3 custom scenes), full SEO + AI search optimization, schema markup, speed optimization, integrations, e-commerce setup if needed.

Milestone 3 — QA + Launch + Full Handoff

$1,000 · 3 days Full pre-launch QA pass (cross-browser, cross-device, Rive animations on touch and non-touch devices, e-commerce flow tested end-to-end if applicable, forms, integrations, speed, schema validated). Launch, domain + hosting setup if applicable, handoff page with full documentation, Loom walkthrough. 3 weeks of free post-launch maintenance begins.

Premium projects need room to breathe — we'll discuss scope before starting.

To keep projects moving smoothly, we ask clients to stay reasonably responsive during production.

If communication is paused for an extended period, your project may be moved out of the active production queue. When you're ready to resume, we'll continue the work based on our current availability.

If you later require an urgent turnaround due to delays in communication, priority scheduling may be required and can incur an additional rush fee.

Otherwise, the project will resume according to the next available production slot.
