Before adding another tool or commissioning a full build, get a clear plan for one business workflow.
I help service businesses, agencies, and independent teams turn a messy process into an implementation-ready brief. This is a focused product strategy and UX service, not a software build or a downloadable source kit.

What you receive

Current workflow map: the steps, people, tools, handoffs, and points of friction in one agreed workflow.
Prioritised improvements: a short, reasoned list of what to fix first, what to simplify, and what can wait.
Recommended future flow: a clear sequence of actions and key interface states, with lightweight annotated wireframes where useful.
Implementation brief: scope, acceptance criteria, dependencies, risks, and a phased next-step plan in PDF and an editable document.
One written revision: a consolidated round of feedback within the agreed workflow.

A deliberately small scope

The $249 fixed price covers one workflow for one business, such as enquiry to follow-up, proposal to decision, or client onboarding to delivery. We agree the workflow and deliverables in writing before work starts.

How the sprint works

Send your goal, current tools, and screenshots or a short walkthrough with sensitive data removed.
I review the process, clarify any gaps in writing, and develop the workflow map and recommendations.
You receive the first handoff within 3 business days after the complete brief and materials are received. We agree revision timing after your consolidated feedback.

What is not included

Production code, a finished visual design system, integrations, migration, hosting, paid software, and ongoing support are outside this sprint. If you want implementation, I can quote that separately. There is no obligation to purchase a build.

Relevant independent work

My Noerong case studies demonstrate product thinking, interface design, engineering, and handoff. The demos use sample data and are not presented as client performance results.

Start with one question

Which workflow is slowing your team down, and what would a better outcome look like? Message me with that context and your current tools so we can confirm fit before you book.
