Process

Introduction call - general discussion of the project, goals, requirements, etc.
Workflow and estimation - our team will propose the most optimal workflow and rough estimation if possible
Kick-off call and the preparation to start - You will be granted with an access to our project board (in ClickUp) where you will be able to find delivery dates, design sprints and current state of each specific task.
Discovery and research phase - this stage is custom and the final workflow will be defined by our CDO.

We could start with the wireframes in case flows and features are unique or could skip them and start right from the UI. The first step is to deliver the most intensive (in terms of visual elements number) page/screen (e.g. home, dashboard, etc.) to approve most of them as early as possible. in case of the landing page it is usually first 2-3 blocks.
Second version of then design if the first one has been rejected.
Design of other pages/screens/blocks till we finish all the pages from the scope including fixes rounds after each delivery.
Fixes are provided according to our policy.
Prototyping and UI-kit are usually done in parallel with the main design if required, as well as graphic or motion design tasks.

  • How is price determined?

    We start with a rough estimate, then conduct discovery and research at a fixed price, and finally provide a refined estimate with a ±20% accuracy.

  • How many revisions or fixes are included?

    We offer two rounds of free minor fixes to ensure the final result meets your expectations. If design requires significant changes we offer one free alternative design option. Further variations may require additional budget.

  • What’s the delivery process?

    We start with a discovery call to understand your goals, finalize the product structure, and begin design work. Updates are shared via messages or Loom videos 1-2 times per week, following pre-defined sprints. We're always available for a chat.

  • Who will be involved in the project?

    Every project includes a designer, an art-director and a project manager to ensure smooth communication and progress tracking.

  • Do you offer development services?

    We don’t provide development services. However, we have trusted development partners we’ve worked with multiple times. We’d be happy to refer your project to them to ensure a smooth transition from design to development.

  • What if I need support after project completion?

    We offer post-launch support options, including maintenance and minor updates. If you require ongoing assistance, we offer a flexible retainer model that provides continuous support to address any evolving needs.

  • Discovery stage

    The main goal of this stage is to create a set in stone and finalized design requirements for your project. This stage is custom and the final workflow will be defined by our CDO. Based on the type of the project and score of complexity discovery stage could be implemented in form of several Q&A sessions or deep analysis. The final results is a finished design requirements in the most convenient form for your specific project (user flows, text document, shems, etc.)

  • Moodboard

    Collection of references, best market solutions and another examples that will help us to define the styles, fonts and general visual direction.

  • Figma Design source files

    Pixel perfect design files made in Figma including all additional states and basic prototype (desktop and mobile version).

  • Prototype (basic or advanced)

    Interactive version of the designs that represents interactions, behavior of different elements, user flows and more

  • UI-kit
