Process

Phase 01: Discovery Meeting This meeting is a focused session where we gather essential information about your brand, goals, target audience, and project requirements. It helps align expectations and ensures that the website design and development are tailored to effectively meet your business needs.

Phase 02: Sitemap & Wireframe Consultancy The objective of this phase is to build & finalize a sitemap + wireframe on the website. We will support this process through strategic decision-making & consultancy

ROUND 1 DELIVERY: We will consult & modify the proposed structure based on our expertise and transform the sitemap into a wireframe.

Phase 03:High-fidelity Designs Following the approval of wireframes, we will be ready to start the visual design process. This process begins with taking the wireframes and producing high-fidelity desktop screen designs.

ROUND 1 DELIVERY: We will begin by presenting the landing page of the website for review. Once approved, we will design the remaining pages.

ROUND 2 DELIVERY: We will present the rest of the remaining page designs.

Phase 04: Framer Development Following the approval of the high-fidelity designs (Phase 03), we will transform that design into a functional Framer website. All pages will be responsive & QA tested.

ROUND 1 DELIVERY: We will present all pages built in Framer for feedback.

REVISIONS: Each delivery round will have up to 2 revision rounds. Additional rounds may result in additional costs.

Phase 05: Handover Following the approval of the development, we will assist in handing over the Framer project to the client. This process will involve a 1-hour meeting where we coach stakeholders on using & updating content on the website. We will also assist in connecting your domain & SEO.

4. Revisions and Feedback: I appreciate your input and recognize that adjustments may be needed. Please be willing to engage in the revision process to achieve the best outcome.

5. Ongoing Maintenance: Keep in mind that websites need regular maintenance and updates for security and optimal performance. You might want to consider a maintenance plan for support after the launch.
