Summary

I focus on creating intuitive, visually appealing, and highly functional interfaces for iOS, iPadOS, visionOS, and Web applications.

My diverse experience in product delivery includes building products from scratch (0 → 1) in seed-stage startups, expanding functionalities for SaaS companies across multiple platforms (1 → N), and everything in between. My approach to product design is full stack and end-to-end, which means I’m involved in every stage of the user experience design process, from research and prototyping to testing and implementation.

Process

1. Discovery and Research

Consultation: We start with a call to understand your brief, vision, goals, target audience, features, platforms, use-cases, and functionality you hope for your product. If this is a redesign of your current product, we discuss what currently works best and opportunities for modification.

User Research: I will then conduct a market analysis to gather insights about the target demographic and a competition analysis to identify industry standards and opportunities for differentiation.

2. Strategy and Planning

User Personas: Creating detailed personas to represent key user groups.

User Journey Mapping: Mapping out the user journey to identify touchpoints, pain points, and value propositions.

User Flow: Structuring the information and content, along with the navigation flow— to outline the structural layout of the experience.

Review: We get on a call to review the user flow before I create high-fidelity prototypes in the next step of the process.

3. Design and Prototyping

UI Design: Crafting high-fidelity mockups with attention to detail in visual aesthetics.

Prototyping: Building clickable interactive prototypes that demonstrate user flow, experience, and functionality.

4. Review and Iteration

Review: We get on a call to review the design, and I gather your input, constructive feedback to identify areas for improvement so I can iterate and revise the designs. My goal is to ensure that you are satisfied with the design direction and that it aligns with your goals.

5. Final Approval and Delivery

Delivery: Upon approval, I will prepare and provide you with the following deliverables: 1) Design Process Document (User Personas, Journey Maps, and Competition Analysis). 2) High-Fidelity Mockups and Prototype Wireframes (PNGs of each screen and an exported Figma file (.fig) of the wireframes). 3) Design System Style Guide (Information on UI components, color styles, typography, and iconography).

1. How will we communicate?
WhatsApp for basic communication, quick updates and messages. For more detailed discussions and review call sessions, we will use Zoom.
What do I need to prepare for our first consultation call?
In our first consultation call, we’ll discuss your product and goals. I want to understand your vision, goals, target audience, features, platforms, use cases, and functionality you hope for your product. If this is a redesign of your current product, we will also discuss what currently works well and opportunities for modification. It’s okay if you don’t have all the answers yet— this call is to help clarify your needs and objectives.

Design Process Document: User Personas, Journey Maps, and Competition Analysis
Detailed documentation including user demographics, behaviors, goals, pain points, and industry analysis of other apps in similar categories— illustrating the user’s expectations of the product.
High-Fidelity Mockups and Prototype Wireframes
Visual design of the app, including clickable interactive prototypes that demonstrate user flow and functionality. I will include PNGs of each screen and an exported Figma file (.fig) of the wireframes.
Design System Style Guide
Information on UI components, color styles, typography, and iconography. This guide would outline components used in the design, to help you maintain consistency.
