Process

How do we make this happen??
Project Instructions Anna will provide instructions for: - creating an account on screen recording service (like loom or tella) - how to best share your screen and information for comprehensive review - submitting your recording.
Confirmation of Receipt You will submit a screen recording (up to 5 minutes) with your question, concern, or idea. Anna will confirm she has received your submission.
Clarifying Info (if applicable) Anna will ask clarifying questions if they are needed for resolution. She will also provide information on how to allow access to workspace assets if required. Once questions are answered and access is provided, Anna will work to find a solution.
Rise and shine, dear! Your insights are ready. You receive one of the following: (1) An implemented solution (2) A tutorial for the solution (3) Alternative solution (4) Project Outline (5) Support in coordinating with platform-based tech support

  • What platforms do you support?

    Anna focuses on virtual productivity and work management tools. The most commonly requested platforms are ClickUp, Asana, Monday.com, Notion, and Make.com. Most CRMs, Project Management tools, and automation tools are acceptable (for example: Hubspot, Trello, Smartsheet, GoHighLevel, Zapier, etc.) IF there is a tool Anna cannot support, you will receive a refund upon review.

  • What types of questions can I ask?

    You’re welcome to ask about anything within reason. Here are some examples of typical of requests: - Design challenges - Automation ideas - Project management guidance - Custom field refinement - Reorganizing workspace for efficiency - Creating subtasks or task updates from workflow steps - Technical issues / bugs Think— - “How can I better sort the information in this Asana project?” - “I want insights on my team’s work.   • How long will I “rest” before Anna delivers my solution?

    The average processing time is 1-2 business days.

  • What is the refund policy?

    No refunds are available. All submissions will be addressed in the appropriate manner based on what is provided.

    Sometimes, you still need support from the platform-based tech team in order to reach a solution. In this case, Anna will provide direct support in reaching them and finding a solution.
