Summary

I build your software product and support you in conceptualizing the product in all aspects. My experience as a product manager allow me to holistically support you in your software venture.

Process

We will virtually sit together and conceptualize the product. I will make sure I deeply understand the business around the product and how the user journey should look like.

We will make scetches of the application and clearly define what an MVP looks like to prevent feature creep. Goal of the MVP is to validated the business idea. We keep it small to avoid wasting time and resources.

I will start building the MVP and regularly check-in with you for detail questions or subject matter expertise required.

We test the MVP internally and then with some beta users. Continuously making adjustments.

I will hand the application over including access to the development environment. I can train you on how to maintain and expand the application on request. I will remain approachable if any need for support may arise.
