As a freelance Inclusion and Diversity Consultant, I can provide a range of services that help organizations create an inclusive and diverse workplace culture. These may include:
Training: I can deliver training sessions to employees at all levels of the organization on topics such as unconscious bias, diversity and inclusion, cultural sensitivity etc.
Policy Development: I can assist in developing policies that promote inclusion and diversity within the organization. This could include creating anti-discrimination policies, employee resource groups or implementing mentorship programs that support underrepresented groups.
