Process

1. User flows and scope definition
Define the key actions users will take to achieve their goals and set the scope of the design work.
🎯 Key objectives
✓ Define how users will navigate the product and achieve their desired outcomes.
✓ Map out the user flows we have to cover in order to design a fully functional product.
✓ Get a realistic estimation of the time and cost of the project.

2. Information architecture and wireflows
Here we will organize and structure the content and features of the product, making sure we are creating a user friendly and intuitive experience.

✓ Create a clear hierarchy of content and features.
✓ Ensure an intuitive flow between product features.
✓ Visualize how the final product will work to craft an intuitive experience.
✍️ Activities:
✓ Affinity mapping and definition of the information architecture.
✓ Create Wireflow or low fidelity wireframes for each of the userflows defined.
✓ Validate the wireflows with stakeholders and iterate.

✓ Sitemap or  Information architecture diagram.
✓ Wireflows for every userflow defined.
3. Brand identity and design system
The goal here is to create a consistent visual identity for the product and set a design system with reusable components that will serve as building blocks for our product.
🎯 Key objectives
✓ Define the visual style and brand elements that will be used across the product.
✓ Create a scalable design system to ensure consistency throughout the product.
✍️ Activities:
✓ Define brand elements and styles including typography, colors, buttons, and other UI components.
✓ Create a design system that includes reusable components for future use.

✓ Design system and component library in Figma
4. High fidelity mockups
Once we have the design system, I will apply it to the wireflows and create ready-for-development designs that represent the final product’s look and feel.

✓ Prepare assets that are ready for prototyping and development.
✓ Validate the final designs.

✓ Design high-fidelity screens based on the wireframes and design system.

✓ Specifications for interactions, empty states, errors and any other detail a developer might need.

5. Prototyping and demo video
Create an interactive prototype and a demo video that shows how the final product will work, allowing you to get feedback before development.

✓ Showcase the final product and start creating interest from investors or early adopters.

✓ Build interactive prototypes in Figma.

    If we finish the project, and you want to make some changes after getting some insights, we can agree to work at an hourly rate.
