The Brain Re-Set Method
I truly dislike like the word "therapy". With appropriate mental health techniques, I believe we can RE-WIRE THE BRAIN to overcome many addictions, eating disorders, anxiety, & depression. I utilize various methods, including but not limited to, Postive Habit Coaching, Yoga & mindfulness instruction, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, & Cognitive Behavior Therapy. Since I am a physician, I can provide psychiatric medication management as well. I'm particularly passionate about working with those who struggle with binge eating, depression & anxiety. I will also work patients who have become dependent on Cannabis & have a desire to stop using.
