Scratchboard or engraving like style are the house's speciality but you can feel free to ask for different styles that you feel are more compatible to your design needs.

Yes. During the sketching phase you'll be able to pick and choose what you like before committing to a design.
Do I need to have a call with you?
Don't worry! If you're a fellow introvert, text is more than enough to get the message across)
