About this service

Summary

I like to keep designing as a casual conversation of unknown things and ideas, that eventually becomes facts and artefacts after we apply informed thoughts, data and visuals to it. Some of the traits that is earned working on diverse projects,
User-Centric Mindset: Focus on solving user pain points with simple, functional designs that validate the product idea quickly.
Speed with Purpose: Deliver fast but without sacrificing usability or scalability for future iterations.
Collaboration Pro: Work closely with developers, PMs, and stakeholders to align on priorities and ensure smooth execution.
Systems Thinker: Build scalable components and patterns that can grow as the product evolves.
Resourceful and Pragmatic: Make smart trade-offs to stay within time and budget constraints while maintaining impact.

Process

My design process is simple & crisp ...
You can’t find a solution until you have a clear idea of what the problem is.
My favourite line in design goes as Don't be afraid to dig deep.
Having that idealogy, I start every project with the assumption that I know almost nothing about what makes it tick.
I start with a blank slate and do my due diligence to understand the root cause, status quo and investigate about all the different aspects of the problem before diving into the solution,
1. Context: what's the problem, and why is it important? 2. User problem: describe the problem for the user. Get the voice of the customer with real examples. 3. Before and after screens 4. Goals: demonstrate alignment with business objectives. 5. Rejects or "saved for later" screens to understand why the selected stands strong. 6. Links to the complete designs and prototypes.
