Agile Project Management
Our team of Scrum Masters and Product Owners ensure our projects run smoothly (or as smoothly as possible!) and our clients are kept informed. We use Jira Kanban for Project Management and have a well-oiled machine for things like testing, bug reporting, managing change requests etc.
QA/ Testing
Our apps are tested throughout their lifecycle using the sprint methodology using both manual (by the developer, scrum master and/ or a separate QA) and automated processes. We also use AI to help review our code.
Front-end Design
Our passionate team of UI/ UX designers will take your concept from idea through a series of phases such as user stories, user flows, wireframing, creating user personas, competitive research, UI inspiration and UI options to complete the app design using Figma and FlutterFlow.
Solution Design
One of our experienced Business Analysts will define the technical requirements, including the technology stack, ERD and provide detailed costing for the development phase.
App Store Deployment
We can help set up one-click deployment from FlutterFlow and help resolve the common issues that lead to rejection by the app stores.
