Your team keeps asking the same questions, and the answers are buried in documents?
I build an AI chatbot that answers from your own files (policies, manuals, contracts, help articles) and shows exactly where each answer came from. If the answer isn't in your documents, it says so instead of making something up.
This is for you if • Your team wastes time searching shared drives and long PDFs • Customers ask the same questions your help center already answers • You need answers you can trust, with the source attached • Your documents are confidential and can't be sent anywhere carelessly
What you receive • A chatbot that answers from your documents: PDF, Word, Excel, CSV, text and help articles • A citation with every answer, checked in code against your original text • An honest "not in the documents" when the answer isn't there, instead of a guess • Search by meaning and by keyword, so it finds the right passage even with different wording • A clean web chat page and a REST API, so you can add it to your website or tools • An accuracy check on test questions you choose, so you see how well it performs • Full Python source code (FastAPI and PostgreSQL), automated tests, Docker and a setup guide
Options you can add • Access control: each team, department or customer sees only the documents they're allowed to • Privacy: personal data masked before anything reaches the AI, or a fully offline mode for sensitive data • AI models: OpenAI or Claude, chosen for quality and budget • Document tools: summaries, side-by-side version comparison and key-field extraction (dates, parties, amounts) • Channels: embed it on your website, in your app or in Slack • Live data: answer questions such as "where is my order?" through your API • Operations: conversation history, usage and cost reports, and daily budgets
How we work
You share a few sample documents and 10 to 20 real questions people ask.
I send a written plan: what it can answer, who can see what, and what's in and out. Nothing starts until you approve it.
I build it, load your documents and test it against your questions.
You try it with your team and I tune the answers.
You receive the code, the guide and a walkthrough, and I help you deploy it.
Proof you can check My open-source AI Document Assistant answers from company documents with verified citations, says "insufficient context" instead of guessing, enforces who can see which document inside every search, and screens documents for hidden prompt injection. It has 1,746 automated tests at 90% coverage. https://github.com/mojtaba-py-code/ai-document-assistant
My AI customer support platform answers from a help center using Qdrant and hands hard cases to a human, with 484 automated tests. https://github.com/mojtaba-py-code/secure-ai-customer-support-platform
Not included Training a custom AI model from scratch, scanning paper documents (OCR is an option on request), hosting fees, and AI usage costs (billed to you directly by the provider).
Ready to start? Send me a message with the type of documents you have and a few example questions, and I'll reply with a plan before you order.
