Co-Business Builder: Go From Idea to Launched BusinessKaRon J.
I work 1:1 with service and tech founders to take an idea from concept to a real, launched business — defining the offer, brand, and go-to-market, then building the website, pitch materials, and first version fast.
Unlike traditional consultants or coaches, I co-build with you — making decisions together and executing across strategy, brand, web, and launch so you don’t need to hire a full team.
The result is a clear, credible business that’s ready to sell, pitch, or operate — without fluff, busywork, or unnecessary complexity.
What's included
Phase 1: Define the Business (Clarity & Direction)
We'll work together to deliver:
• Business positioning and target customer definition
• Clear value proposition and differentiation
• Offer and pricing guidance (services or productized offering)
• Brand direction (tone, visual references, naming guidance if needed)
• Written business brief to guide all build decisions
Phase 2: Brand & Presence (Make It Real)
We'll work together to deliver:
• Logo and visual identity (lightweight but professional)
• Brand color palette and typography
• Messaging for homepage, services, and “about”
• A 2-4 page website designed and built in Squarespace or Framer (homepage, services / product, about, extensions/add-ons when needed)
Phase 3: Go-to-Market Assets
We'll work together to deliver:
• Pitch deck or sales deck (designed + written)
• One-page business or service overview (PDF or web)
• Basic launch checklist (what to do first, second, third)
• Optional: Calendly / Stripe / contact form setup
Phase 4: Launch & Operator Coaching
I'll coach you on:
• how to maintain everything we built together
• how to use the site and deck
• how to sell the first version
• what to iterate vs ignore
• 7–14 days of async support post-launch
Optional Add-Ons
• AI-assisted MVP or prototype (for tech businesses)
• CRM or lead workflow setup
• Pricing and packaging refinement
• Investor version of the deck
• Hiring roadmap or first-hire guidance
