Starting a business requires careful organization and coordination. With so many moving parts and different locations, it can be challenging for startups to stay on the same page.
An async communication tool for project management allows team members to easily access and share information, regardless of their location or schedule. This reduces meetings and ambiguity. No more missing links, or buried Slack messages!

Prices are in USD, as per Contra's payment platform; this will also be outlined in the contract.
Contra is 100% commission-free! However, Clients will be charged a Stripe processing fee for each payment. It is charged at 3% which is paid directly to Stripe and not Contra.
During these milestones, you can request a call from me to see my progress, startups are ever-changing, and I want to be part of that.
This service is done in a milestone format, meaning that each deliverable will be broken down into parts and the client will pay a certain amount at each stage.
More revisions after the free revision will be extra at an hourly rate of $100/hr.

  • Discovery Call

    During this stage, I will have a discussion with you to understand the vision, goals, and other business logistics. There might be extra calls from time to time if I need them.

  • Welcome Page

    The Welcome page is designed to provide a smooth onboarding experience for all people who come into the startup. Here's what you can expect: -A clear and concise overview of the company, its mission, and values -Access to key resources, such as employee handbooks, training materials, and other helpful information -Optional Subpages: This includes a space for a business plan, raising capital, and a page of startup logistical resources.

  • Overview Dashboard

    The overview dashboard provides a comprehensive solution, offering everything needed for success in a single, easy-to-use interface. Everything is in a table form for easy access. It includes: -Action items: Real-time updates on tasks to be completed, eliminating the need for email searches or missed deadlines. -Orientation materials: Comprehensive orientation materials covering company policies and department procedures, all in one place. -Goals: A clear view of the department's goals, allowing for focus on short-term projects and long-term initiatives. -Helpful links: A collection of useful links to company databases and industry news, saving time in the search for information. The dashboard focuses on efficiency, allowing for concentration on essential tasks. Its functionality and convenience make it an indispensable tool.

  • Project Plan

    The Project Plan is a comprehensive tool that provides a clear and concise overview of a project. With a focus on the essential details, this format helps ensure everyone involved in the project is aware of key elements and that the project remains on track. It includes elements such as the project driver, approver, objective, due dates, key outcomes, and status, as well as reference materials and a problem statement. This ensures that people who work with the startup take ownership and accountability to define their own tasks and objectives. The project scope is clearly defined with separate sections for must-have, nice-to-have, and not-in-scope items. Milestones and deadlines are also tracked, with updates on the current status of the project. This format provides all the information necessary for successful project management and goal achievement. Whether launching a new product, managing a complex initiative, or completing a simple task, this Project Plan helps ensure projects remain on track and objectives are met.

  • Meeting/Communication Note Idea Board

    This page serves as a central location for non-urgent meeting notes that require further discussion in a face-to-face setting. By capturing important notes and action items, this page ensures that information doesn't get lost and provides a reference for future discussions. Keeping the notes in one place also helps keep meetings focused and productive. This page is an essential tool for improving communication and organization in any team.

  • Revisions/Additions

    After all the material is built, this is the time to add the final touches. Do you need extra pages? Revisions? Tweaks? More revisions after this one will be extra on an hourly rate of $100/hr.
