First, we will have an intro call to be sure that the research goals you have line up with your product timeline requirements. Sometimes a research method you are seeking is may not be as realistic with key product timelines, if that is the case, I can offer other research methodologies to support your constraints.

Depending on the request. I can conduct a research scoping workshop with you/ your team to put together a plan that may involve multiple sub-research projects (mixed-methods) to give you the best data possible to support your research goals. If a specific method is requested, I will gather information in a scoping document, this also includes gathering information to customize a screener for your unique audience. I can walk you through this scoping document along the way or we can do check-ins at certain milestones of the doc.

I take the information that you share and build out the framework of the research projects. These may be a few layered projects so at this time I would craft the required materials relevant to each projects needs. Then I share the framework with you to run through to be sure it is exactly as you envision it before proceeding. If any edits are needed based on your run-through, I make those and you review again.

Once the research projects are live, I run it based on your unique criteria. Perhaps you want multiple segmented audiences so I create the screeners and test to align with your goals. I also pilot test all tests before going live to be sure that it all runs smoothly before opening to wider audiences.

I then download all user videos, and transcribe them.

I built out a tagging system unique to your projects research goals and manually tag each question as well as other key insights per user transcript.

I organize all of the tags based on the goals of the research project. I also sort and spot unique insights and themes from the data to share with you/ your team.

If there are multiple projects, I will craft a research report per project as well as a research report summarizing all projects included. I look at the research synthesis as a whole and identify the most important takeaways, and what that means for your business. I will also include additional insights, quotes/ videos from users to support the data, access to the transcripts/ videos, any identified questions about the interface and recommendations for next action steps to take.
