What timezone are you available?
I usually work from 10am to 6pm EST. I make sure that there's an overlap with my client's time and my work schedule for better communication.
Do the hours rollover?
Yes. If there are more than 10 unused hours at the end of the month, up to 10 hours can roll over to the following month. This allows for flexibility while keeping the plan’s monthly flow consistent.
Can we bump plans or make adjustments?
Definitely! I'm pretty open to adjustments if need additional hours for a particular month, we can arrange extra hours or temporarily adjust your plan as needed.
What's included
40 hours a month of admin assistance
I'll provide 40 hours of executive/admin assistance. Whether that's research, data entry, travel management, or inbox management, I'll take these things off your plate so you can spend more time strategy or other focused work. :)
Administrative Management
This include inbox management (organizing, prioritizing, and responding to emails), calendar management (scheduling appointments and managing your time effectively), document management (creating and organizing documents), as well as gathering information, conducting market analysis, and competitor research to provide actionable insights—along with other administrative tasks as needed.
Task and Project Management
I oversee project timelines, delegate tasks, and ensure efficient completion, while also improving workflows and processes to enhance overall efficiency.
Online Presence and Client Relations
I'll maintain and oversee your professional online presence and handle inquiries and maintain client relationships.
Daily EOD report
I provide daily End-of-Day (EOD) reports, giving you a clear overview of the tasks worked on or completed each day.
Monthly Time Tracking report
Before the contract ends (monthly), I provide a time tracking report detailing a breakdown of tasks and the time spent on each. This ensures you have a clear understanding of how your hours were utilized.
