Do the hours rollover?
Yes. If there are more than 10 unused hours at the end of the month, up to 10 hours can roll over to the following month. This allows for flexibility while keeping the plan’s monthly flow consistent.
Can we bump plan or make adjustments?
Definitely! I'm pretty open to adjustments if need additional hours for a particular month, we can arrange extra hours or temporarily adjust your plan as needed.

You'll receive 80 hours per month of dedicated administrative assistance from me. My comprehensive support includes, but is not limited to: By taking these tasks off your plate, you'll be able to focus on high-priority, strategic work that drives your business forward. My goal is to streamline your operations, improve processes, and provide you with the support you need to succeed.
Task and Project Oversight
Overseeing project timelines, delegating tasks, and ensuring efficient completion. Improving workflows and processes for greater efficiency.
Research and Analysis
Gathering information, market analysis, and competitor research to provide actionable insights.
Administrative Management
Inbox Management: Organizing, prioritizing, and responding to emails. Calendar Management: Scheduling appointments and managing your time effectively. Document Preparation: Creating reports, presentations, and other necessary documents. Other admin tasks, really.
Daily EOD Report
I provide daily End-of-Day (EOD) reports, giving you a clear overview of the tasks worked on or completed each day.
Monthly Time track report
Before the contract ends (monthly), I provide a time tracking report detailing a breakdown of tasks and the time spent on each. This ensures you have a clear understanding of how your hours were utilized.
