User (UX) Research
The process of systematically gathering and analyzing user data and feedback to gain insights into user behaviors, needs, and preferences, with the aim of improving and optimizing the user experience of a product or service. I apply different methodologies including but not limited to surveys, interviews, tests (aided/unaided) and software solutions.
User Personas
User personas are detailed profiles of target users, including their demographics, goals, pain points, and behaviors. These help the team understand and empathize with the users.
User Journeys:
User journey maps illustrate the entire user experience, from initial contact with the product to the end goal, highlighting touchpoints and emotions at each stage.
Information Architecture (IA)
IA diagrams outline the structure and organization of the product, including sitemaps and navigation structures. This helps ensure content is easily accessible.
Wireframes
Wireframes are layouts of the user interface, focusing on content placement and information hierarchy. They help visualize the design's structure and functionality.
Prototypes
Interactive prototypes demonstrate how the product will work, allowing stakeholders to experience its functionality and navigation before development.
Usability Test Plans
