About this service

Summary

There are a variety of deliverables throughout the product development process to communicate ideas, guide development, and ensure a successful final product.
The specific deliverables may vary from one project to another and depend on the design methodology and the needs of the product and team.

What's included

  • Design Brief

This is the initial document outlining the project's goals, objectives, and constraints. It sets the scope and direction for the design work.

  • User Research Report

Summarizes the findings from user research, including personas, user journeys, and pain points, to inform the design process.

  • Competitor Analysis

  • Concept Sketches/Ideation

Rough sketches and brainstormed ideas that explore potential design concepts.

  • Mockups

High-fidelity static representations of the product's interface, showing visual design and layout elements.

  • Prototypes

Interactive models of the product to test and validate functionality, user flows, and user experience.

  • Interaction Design (IxD)

Detailed specifications for how users interact with the product, including micro-interactions and animations.

  • Usability Testing Report

Summarizes the findings and insights gathered from user testing and offers recommendations for improvements.

  • Final Design Files

High-resolution design files, typically in formats like Adobe XD, Sketch, or Figma, ready for handoff to development teams.

  • Design Handoff

A meeting or document that transfers design assets and specifications to the development team, ensuring a smooth transition.

  • Design Documentation

Comprehensive documentation that includes design rationale, design decisions, developer hand-off, css, libraries and any specific design guidelines.

  • Quality Assurance (QA) / UAT Support

Assistance during the development phase to ensure that the final product aligns with the design intent.

  • Design Review and Iteration

Feedback and updates based on feedback from stakeholders, users, or developers. I usually don't count the number of revisions - let's get it done!

  • Launch Assets

Design files and assets necessary for the product's launch, such as app store icons, marketing materials, and marketing media graphics.

  • Post-launch Evaluation

Analysis and reports on the product's performance and user feedback after it goes live, leading to potential updates and improvements.
