One Google Sheet that defines every KPI. Exact formulas, filters, caveats, and two worked examples. One revision.
Validation report
One PDF with test results. Row counts, date coverage, join-key checks, and KPI cross checks against the source. Issues and fixes documented. One revision.
Insights pack and walkthrough
One memo with 5 to 10 insights and actions. One 8 to 12-slide executive deck. One 45-minute live review or a Loom recording. Two rounds of minor edits within 14 days.
