Our Design Process:
Introductory Briefing Call: We begin with a consultation to discuss your project goals, schedule, and expectations. Before this call, I ask you to provide a brief written overview of the project. This ensures we start on the same page and allows us to set the stage for a smooth, creative process. To ensure seamless progress, it’s important to have all your content finalized before the design phase begins.
Preliminary Research: After our call, we create a moddboard to fully understand your project and explore visual styles that align with your poster’s theme.
Preliminary Design Proposal: Within approximately 3-5 days, you'll receive a design proposal with 2-3 unique concepts for your poster.
Client Feedback: Once you’ve reviewed the designs, you'll share your preferred direction and provide feedback (e.g., "We like option 2 but would like to explore different color options"). We offer up to three revisions to refine the design and ensure it perfectly aligns with your vision.
Final Design and Deliverables: After the revisions, we finalize your poster. If additional formats (e.g., banner versions) are requested, we'll create those at this stage. All final deliverables will be provided by the agreed timeline.

    A detailed concept or design brief that outlines the proposed visual style, theme, and key elements of the poster.

  • High-Resolution Print-Ready Poster Files:

    Print-ready poster files in the appropriate format (e.g., PDF, TIFF, or PSD) with the correct dimensions and resolution for high-quality printing.

  • Web-Ready Poster Files:

    Digital versions of the poster optimized for online use, typically in web-friendly formats like JPEG or PNG.

  • Poster Mockups:

    Digital mockups or visual representations of the poster design show how it will appear in real-world contexts, such as on walls, billboards, or online platforms.

  • Sizing Variations (Optional):

    Different versions of the poster design, ready to accommodate various print sizes or display requirements, can be developed upon request. (To be discussed over the briefing call)
