I have worked as a data analyst for 10 years before I started working in web development. During my time as an analyst I worked with non-technical users to develop solutions that made sense to their needs. I specialize in understanding my clients concerns and helping fill in the gaps and helping them realize what is possible to build.

Making sure that we understand the issues first and understanding as many hurdles as we can. We will work closely to make sure that both the design and features.

The general outline of the project will be:

Understand the problem - Create a meeting for an hour to understand the issues the client faces

Scoping and proposal - Walter will create a document to outline the goals of the dashboard and deliver this to the client for review

Downpayment - 50% of the contract will be paid to start the project.

Design - Once all of the features are developed Walter will develop a design that works to fit the needs of the features presented a

Development and Testing - Walter will begin work on the dashboard to start developing a solution with a live testing environment available to the client.

Scope is met - Once the scope is met 25% of the contract will be paid out

QA - A 2 week final review will start where the client can review the app for final concerns.

Final payment - The final 25% will be paid to Walter.

Delivery - Walter will deliver the files to the client with documentation or the hosting of production will be setup for the client on their domain.

Maintenance - Walter will maintain the site to address bugs for 12 months unless otherwise addressed in the scope
