What is a Strategic Operations Consultant?

A Strategic Operations Consultant will consult with you to evaluate business operations including your strengths and opportunities, assess the utilization of resources, identify areas needing focus, and develop and implement improvement strategies in line with business objectives.  Depending on your specific needs, they will work with you and your department leads to develop an operational improvement strategy and lead implementation including providing updates to senior leadership.

I excel in understanding complex programs and strategic initiatives and breaking them into actionable pieces. effective client operations by advising on and supporting the implementation of changes to target operating models, functional business processes, management systems, culture and other elements part of the value chain.
