• How do you handle revisions and feedback?

  It's always important to empathize and understand the clients vision, without this I can't call a project a success. That's why I focus on guiding them through questions to gain clarity, or to show them visual examples (aka moodboards) for them to understand what paths align with the their brand or brief.

• What is your typical turnaround time?

  It will completely depend on the complexity of the feedback. But you can take these as a reference: Change in the copy: 1 to 3 days Change in the design of 1 or more layouts: 1 to 5 days

• Do you offer responsive or mobile-friendly designs?

  That's right! I start working on the desktop version first, after I've got the final approval I'll continue with the mobile design layouts.

• What do you need from us to start the project?

  I'll need the basic design elements as: logo, fonts, colors, design guidelines, images, icons, etc. If none of these apply, I can get some inspiration from the brief meeting.

• How do you ensure the design reflects our brand or product?

  I'll start with your brand guidelines or style guide. But we know that not everyone was able to have one of these, some brand just start with a logo and one or two basic applications. In that case, If your brand has already some design applications in medias like digital or print, I'll study some characteristics like what colors, fonts, spacing, images or iconographies were used to ensure the design reflects your brand or product.
